What Makes Me, Me

My journey into digital marketing started with a university course and a curiosity about how creativity and data work together. That curiosity quickly turned into a career I genuinely enjoy.

Early in my career, I faced a project full of challenges that took me three months to figure out. A colleague once told me that most people would have walked away. That’s when I realized something about myself: I don’t give up easily. Since then, I’ve learned to see mistakes and challenges as opportunities to grow, not reasons to stop.

Today, I’m driven by curiosity, fresh ideas, and the excitement of solving problems that seem impossible at first. I love learning, thinking differently, and working with people who challenge each other to do better. That’s the energy I’d love to bring to an international team – where different perspectives and ambitious goals turn into meaningful results.

Campaigns I’m proud of

TKT.GE flight tickets launch

Travel · new direction launch 5.9M impressions 1.3M people reached ~12% monthly sales growth See the results Close

Objectives: website visits, sales, engagement and awareness.

Markets: Georgia.

TKT.GE launched a new flight-ticket direction and needed people to know. I ran a video campaign testing 26 ad variations on Facebook and Instagram at an average CPM of $0.92.

To push sales, we added offers: BNPL (buy now, pay later) deals and a promotion with Turkish Airlines. Sales grew about 12% from month to month.

Academy of Digital Industries

Education · course launches · rebranded as xpup in 2026 2,700+ leads in 3 months of 2025 $2.78 best cost per lead 4 courses launched See the results Close

Objectives: leads and awareness.

Markets: UK and Czechia.

I was a core-team member working on every market next to local colleagues. Each market wanted something different: graphic design and digital marketing led in some, AI courses in others.

I worked with the content and business development teams to raise lead quality, not only volume. In four months we launched four courses.

Galleria Tbilisi · LOYAL app

Retail · the largest shopping center in Georgia 7,000+ installs in 2.5 weeks 900K+ users reached See the results Close

Objectives: awareness, engagement and app installs.

Markets: Georgia.

Loyalty apps rarely work in Georgia, so earning real downloads and real usage was a win. I used Facebook, Instagram, Google and native advertising, with a promo video as the lead creative.

Radisson Collection

Hospitality · rooms, weddings, events 70+ qualified leads in 2 weeks 41,656 people reached See the results Close
“Celebrate at Tsinandali Estate” campaign visual: a long dinner table set in a candlelit stone hall

Objectives: leads, engagement and sales.

Markets: Georgia, Eastern Europe and the Gulf countries.

The “Celebrate” campaign let people book birthdays, weddings and other special occasions at the hotel. It brought 70+ qualified leads in two weeks. Beyond that, I worked on room sales from 6–7 source countries across Eastern Europe and the Gulf.

The team building and wedding lead ads linked below are ads I worked on, generating leads for the hotel.

USAID Tourism Matching Fund

Tourism · 13 businesses, mostly hotels 13 businesses, about 1 year 10–20% sales growth See the results Close

Objectives: every hotel’s main goals were awareness and sales.

Markets: Georgia (90%) and the Gulf (10%).

Through the Noxtton agency, I supported 13 Georgian businesses under the USAID Economic Security Program with advertising and content recommendations, plus conversion tracking.

Who I work with

Good campaigns need more than an ad account. I work with teams across the business:

  • Business teams

Aligning campaigns with business goals and priorities, so ad spend supports what the company actually needs.

  • Finance

Planning budgets and building ROAS and profitability reporting that finance can trust.

  • Creative and content

Improving ad copy, landing visuals and messaging together, so what looks good also converts.

  • Power BI and analytics teams

Defining success metrics and ROAS frameworks, so reporting reflects what drives the business.

  • CEOs

Presenting results and recommendations to senior leaders, in plain business terms.

  • App and web developers

Setting up tracking and events, and fixing attribution issues so the data stays accurate.
